The hotel offers a more than comfortable stay for up to 5 people with a stunning view of Boston, conveniently located near MBTA Green Line. The rooms have a good-sized fridge, making it easy to store snacks and drinks throughout the day.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were adequate in size for a family, there were some cleanliness issues like food from previous guests in the fridge. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful, but there was a misunderstanding about additional charges for amenities. The location was ideal for exploring Boston with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was lacking in some aspects, mainly due to limited food choices and service timing issues.
The hotel is a great choice for a stay in Boston. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy sofa sectional by the window, a king-sized bed, and a very large bathroom. However, the parking fees can be misleading. The service is top-notch, from Yves Belony and the banquet crew to the concierge team who are all very courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation, perfect for exploring the city. The dining options are varied and reasonably priced, providing a nice start to the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service.
